• How do I setup multiple billing rates for different customers?
• FarrierPro allows you to create custom services that you assign to a customer's horse through the appointment screen. The custom service may be identical to other services except for its bill rate allowing for multiple bill rates between customers.

• How do I add an extra charge for a horse that uses a special shoe or pad?
• FarrierPro allows several different ways to add extra charges based on your business model. You can create a new service that has the extra charge included in the labor rate or you can specifically add a bill rate to a product and setup the service to examine the shoes used on the horse. If the horse uses the shoe type that has a bill rate the extra charges will appear on the invoice.

• How can I quickly find a Horse or Customer’s next appointment?
• Each contact and horse screen has an appointment tab that you can select. This will show all historical and future appointments. This allows you to quickly answer the customer’s call: “When is “Lady’s” next appointment? I lost my appointment card and can’t remember when we scheduled”.
