• How will FarrierPro improve my business?
• FarrierPro will keep your business organized and will save you time. Time is money. Having all your Contact Information, Horses, and Inventory in one place will optimize your time in managing your business. No more searching the floorboard of your truck looking for that number on a sticky note!

• How easy is FarrierPro to use?
• FarrierPro has an easy-to-use user interface that is designed and follows the Microsoft Windows UI standard. If you have ever used another program from Microsoft, FarrierPro will be easy to use and you will be up to speed in a matter of hours.

• Who is using FarrierPro
• Farriers across the United States and in Europe are currently using FarrierPro to manage their businesses. Please view our Feedback page to see what other Farrier’s are saying about FarrierPro.

• What is included with my FarrierPro order?
• FarrierPro ships with the installation CD, a Professionally Printed User’s Guide and as always, FREE Technical support.

• Do I need a laptop to use FarrierPro?
• No, you do not need a laptop to run FarrierPro. FarrierPro has reports that you can print from your desktop to take with you for your days or weeks work. You can print out “Score Sheets” for each horse to log your data while out on the road for later data entry.

• How many horse and clients can I store in FarrierPro?
• You can store as many as you want. FarrierPro does not limit the amount of Contacts, Horses, and Inventory etc in anyway. The only limitation is the available hard drive disk space. With the size of the modern hard dives today it is unlikely to run into this problem. Example: 200 + Clients and over 500 Horses with a years of Appointments & Invoices only requires approximately 4 MB.

• How many products are included in the Inventory System?
• FarrierPro includes over 600 common products within its standard library. Products such as: Mustad, Durasole, Keratex, Castle Plastic, Curtis Hamilton, Dura Shock, Farriers Pride, St. Croix, Aluma Flite, Delta, Diamond, Glu-On, KB Aluminum, Kerckhaert, Natural Balance, and SideWinder are a few products already within the system. FarrierPro also allows the ability for the user to create new categories such as “Tools” to manage your inventory. Managing your inventory could not be easier. Just check your inventory item, enter the quantity, cost, and bill rate (if any) and you’re done!

• Is there a cost associated to updates?
• ASC releases periodic updates that contain small feature enhancements, which are free to registered users for the life of the product. Upgrades however contain major functionality changes and have small-associated fees to receive the upgrade.
  To receive updates, FarrierPro must be registered via the Internet to allow you access to our update download page. If you are on dail-up and do not have the bandwidth to download, you can email ASC at info@farrierpro.com to request the update on CD free of charge.
  Updates: FREE - Minor changes to existing feature set. Upgrades: Fee - Major Features Enhancements & added Functionality…Example: Racing Stats or Map Routing.
